Do you want to start issuing edubadges to students within your mbo, hbo or woinstitution? The first step is to connect your institution to the edubadges platform. Then you can start using edubadges. Steps 2 to 5 explain how to use edubadges for a specific course, or within a faculty, department or your entire institution.
Step 3: involve the right colleagues
Handing out edubadges requires support from various colleagues and departments.
To issue edubadges, you need support from the following colleagues and departments:
- edubadges institution admin
- project leader,
- (marketing and) communication consultant for developing a visual and communicating with learners,
- educational expertise for coordinating with the examination board if it is an edubadge for formal education,
- information management/IT department for support with setup questions.
Provide a clear edubadges landing page on your institution's website, explaining what edubadges are, what students and professionals can do with them and where they can find more information about the different edubadges.
