Location
The National XR Day will take place at Erasmus University Rotterdam campus Woudestein, mainly in the Theil building and partly in the Polak building.

Recordings
Yes, an external photographer and videographer will be present to capture the energy and atmosphere of the National XR Day 2025. They may also conduct short interviews with visitors and speakers. Any footage featuring you in an interview will only be published with your approval. After the event, a highlights video will be made publicly available. Would you rather not appear in a video or photograph? Then ask for a red key cord when entering the event and wear it throughout the day.
Event app
Starting with the 2025 edition, we will be using the Yellenge event app to enhance your experience. In the app you will find everything about the program, speakers and location. This will help you make the most of your visit.
- Mark sessions as favorites - For each session, you can see how many people have marked the session as a favorite and how many places are available. So you can estimate whether there is still room to participate. Note: marking a session as a favorite does not mean that you are subscribed. This only allows you to put together your personal program in the app.
- Photowall-In the photowall you can upload photos that will be displayed on different screens at the venue, allowing you to share your experiences with others directly. Uploaded photos do not appear in the app and are automatically deleted from the database after 30 days.
- Review sessions - Give your feedback after each session to help us further improve the experience.
- Make your profile visible - By making your profile visible and bookmarking sessions, other participants can see which sessions you plan to attend.
