Dilemma: deployment of ChatGPT detection tool
ChatGPT has been in the news a lot. Students can use this AI tool to complete their homework assignments. And, thereby possibly defrauding them. Now an educational institution has found a supplier of a product that detects if there’s fraud from using ChatGPT.
However, 10% of the 'fraud' reports this tool finds are unjustified and are cases where the student did not use ChatGPT.
Decision:
