The SURF Summit is the annual event for administrators, directors and CSCs from Dutch education and research. On Wednesday 8 October, the Summit will take place at the Omnia on the campus of Wageningen University & Research.

What does the future of technology in education and research look like? The SURF Summit on 8 October 2025 will focus on the Tech Trends Report 2026. During the event, administrators, directors and Coordinating SURF Contacts (CSCs) of Dutch education and research institutions will discuss emerging trends and innovations. Think about the impact of AI, the role of virtual and augmented reality and the challenges around digital security. What do these developments mean for education and research institutions? And how do we respond to them as a cooperative?

The SURF Summit is a closed meeting for directors, managers and CSCs of education and research institutions. They will receive a personal invitation.
