You simply log in to SURFspot. You use the same details you use to log in at your educational institution. You get an education discount because your educational institution pays for the licences for home use for most products and we are not-for-profit.

Do students and/or staff have questions about SURFspot? Then they can e-mail(info@surfspot.nl) or chat. On weekdays, the customer service will answer your questions from 9am to 5pm and on chat from 1pm to 5pm.
